Nathalie Fullerton

Nathalie is an independent convenience retailer based in Glasgow’s West End, where she owns and operates One Stop Dumbarton Road, leading an eight-strong team on the frontline of modern retail.

As a first-generation female retailer, she has built her business through resilience, innovation, and a strong commitment to her local community. Alongside growing the store, she has become an active voice on the impact of retail crime, staff safety, and the pressures facing independent retailers.

She is passionate about ensuring retailers’ experiences are heard and taken seriously, particularly when it comes to crime, abuse, and the real-world challenges faced by those working on the shop floor every day. Nathalie is very proud to be speaking at the Scottish Grocers Federation Crime Seminar to share her lived experiences and help drive meaningful change across the sector.
