Natalie Lightfoot

Natalie has been an Independent Retailer for 19 years in the East End of Glasgow. She is an advocate for Women in Convenience and championing the notion of Retailers Mental health needing to be a priority through co-founding Retail Family, which is a not-for-profit organisation giving Retailers a safe space to talk every week Online via Zoom from anywhere in the UK. Natalie has won multiple awards including most recently the Raj Aggarwal Heart of the Community award awarded at a Parliamentary reception and the Scottish Grocer Industry Achievement Award.
