High Fat, Salt and Sugar (HFSS) promotion and location restrictions will come into force on 1 October 2026 in Scotland. The regulations will restrict the placement of specified HFSS products in prominent locations, including store entrances, aisle ends, checkouts and other key selling areas, as well as limiting certain volume price promotions.
