Consultation – Green Paper: Future of Post Office
The UK Government is consulting on the future of the Post Office.
The public consultation seeks views on the future of the Post Office, covering the services it provides, how the network can be modernised and strengthened, and how its culture and management can be improved.
Responses to this consultation will be used to understand what customers, communities and postmasters would like to see from a modern Post Office, to help shape the company’s future.
SGF will be responding to this consultation. It closes on 6 October 2025.
