In 2010, while pursuing a degree in Business & Management at university, Faisal, alongside his cousin and business partner Asif Ashraf, founded the company. Faisal plays a pivotal role in the daily management and strategic direction of the business. With a rich heritage in the retail and hospitality sectors, he brings a wealth of experience to the table. His upbringing in a family deeply entrenched in these industries, combined with his roles in owning, managing, and consulting for the family's array of retail establishments and diverse ventures, has endowed him with invaluable insights. This profound expertise, when combined with his fervour for Information Technology, served as the ideal foundation for launching MHouse.

Beyond his business endeavours, Faisal is deeply committed to philanthropy. He actively volunteers and provides consultancy services to numerous charitable organizations, including Islamic Relief. His involvement has been instrumental in orchestrating successful fundraising initiatives, which have remarkably generated tens of thousands of pounds in a single evening and escalated to millions within a week, showcasing his impactful contribution to the betterment of society.
