Tobacco & Vapes Register compliance update - Age Restriction Changes (Oct 26)

From 29 October 2026 it will be illegal to sell tobacco products, vaping products, herbal smoking products or nicotine products to anyone under 18. This is in advance to the change in age of sale for tobacco products and herbal smoking products in January 2027.
