Survey: Strathclyde research on the capabilities employers value

This short survey asks employers what they value in graduates, which skills and competencies are becoming more important, and whether higher education is equipping students effectively for the realities of future-facing work.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. Employer insights will make a valuable contribution to doctoral research at the University of Strathclyde, with findings shared back to support stronger links between higher education and the needs of employers.
