SGF Survey: impacts of vape restrictions & illicit trade

Responsible retailers are working hard to deliver for their community, while absorbing the additional cost and administrative burdens of restrictions. However, tighter controls and inadequate enforcement has opened new markets for illegal products and illicit trade. Help SGF by telling us about your experiences on this matter.

For more guidance and information on Vape & Tobacco compliance:

(Please report any illegal or non-compliant sale of vape or tobacco products you are aware of to your local Trading Standards, or call Police Scotland on 101)

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. SGF will keep member informed as the situation progresses.
