Exchange for Change: Webinar Resources One-Pagers

Exchange for Change has published a series of one-page guides following its webinars. These resources have been created for different stakeholder groups – producers, retailers, wholesalers and hospitality – and outline the key obligations and timelines relevant to each group.

The webinar series has been very well received to date, with around 500 attendees so far. The series is now approximately halfway through, with four webinars still to take place. Businesses that have not yet attended are encouraged to register via the following link:https://exchangeforchange.co.uk/webinars/

The one-page guides can be accessed in two ways:

  1. Via the Exchange for Change website resource page:https://exchangeforchange.co.uk/resources/

  2. Via Dropbox (where accessible):https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/vsdoa6pix2u1qatgwp37k/AAUaKz6VSAYrxURGH4ch3kg?rlkey=ll65o08ce4q7dpdmi23u2v7g3&st=709f5f4w&dl=0

Exchange for Change is also collating the questions raised during the webinars and is working to summarise and group them by stakeholder group. Over the coming weeks, these will be published on the website as FAQs to provide additional guidance and support for businesses.

The resource page also contains other useful materials, including logo regulation guidelines, a downloadable scheme logo, and reverse vending machine (RVM) specifications. Additional approved documents will continue to be added as they become available.

In addition, Exchange for Change is currently developing an animation explaining how the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) works, along with a recording of the webinar. These will be published on both YouTube and the Exchange for Change website once ready.

Exchange for Change has expressed its appreciation for the continued support in sharing these resources and has indicated that it would welcome feedback on any further materials that may help raise awareness of the UK’s DRS and the obligations it places on businesses.
