Deposit Return Scheme

Regulations to ensure Scotland’s Deposit Return Scheme is fully interoperable with the scheme being developed in England and Northern Ireland have been passed.

These also formally designate the UK Deposit Management Organisation (DMO) Limited as the scheme administrator for Scotland.
